​In 2014 Morag received a cry of help from one of Dunedin’s principal corporates.

Poor writing practices were wasting valuable time and company resources.

Since then Morag’s consultancy, The Writer's House, has trained and mentored workplace writers from all backgrounds, levels of education and skill sets; from senior managers to staff that spend the majority of their day in the field.

With over twenty years' English teaching experience, Morag brings to her workshops a deep knowledge of the English language coupled with an extensive understanding of the best ways to promote learning and knowledge acquisition.

Morag uses a lively, no nonsense approach, combined with plenty of humour. She creates a constructive, positive environment that enables real learning to take place.

Still very much enjoying her teenage learners, Morag continues to work part-time at one of Dunedin’s secondary schools.
